As Istanbul Gelisim University, we come together with high school students at various events and platforms. In these meetings, we observe how difficult it is to determine the areas where students will be successful and, most importantly, to create a career plan.
 
As a university, by helping our young people, who are valuable to us, to choose the fields that suit their abilities and interests; We see that we are providing benefit to the society we are living in. For this reason, we have been organizing the High School Winter Academy for high school students since 2018 in order to ensure that students get to know the departments closely and spend their holidays productively before giving direction to their career plans.
 
The courses offered to students at the High School Winter Academy consist of content that students will both gain knowledge and experience and have fun. With the lectures given by the well-equipped academicians of Istanbul Gelişim University, it provides high school students to experience university life for a week. In this way, Istanbul Gelişim University offers high school students the pleasure of learning without exam anxiety at the High School Winter Academy.
 
There is no course selection limit for students applying to the High School Winter Academy, which is organized by Istanbul Gelişim University with the aim of benefiting society, and no fee is charged from participating students. The students will be given a certificate of participation signed by the Acting Rector of Istanbul Gelisim University Prof. Dr. Nail Öztaş.
